What is a Danu Woman? A Danu Woman is someone who identifies as a woman or non-binary person and loves the outdoors and nature. Whether or not that means that you like to hunt, fish, garden, hike, camp, or do animal husbandry, you are a Danu Woman! Danu is the Earth-Mother Goddess in Celtic Lore and she is also believed to be a goddess of fertility, wisdom, nurture and cycle of growth. I believe that Danu represents what the outdoor woman lives life for today. Why Did I Start Danu Woman? 2020 was a year of change for many of us around the world. For me, it made me focus on what I really wanted out of life and what made me the happiest. I realized that I spent so much time focused on materialistic things that brought nothing to the table and I was becoming a shell of the person that I desperately wanted to be. Things need to change.
